CUMC Annual
At this year’s conference we will distribute the first issue of the “CUMC Annual”.  We will be accepting materials authored or co-authored by conference participants, be it a project, paper or a miniaturization of a poster.  THESE DO NOT NEED TO BE RELATED TO SOMETHING THAT WILL BE PRESENTED AT THE CONFERENCE.
 
All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:
 
  1.   Hard deadline: July 1st
  2.   All submissions must be emailed to cumc@sfu.ca
  3.   Your name, university, and the title of the work must be visible
  4.   It MUST be in PDF format on US letter paper (posters may be landscape orientation).  There will be no exceptions to this rule.  The pages you submit are the pages that will appear in the annual.
 
All of the abstract for talks at the conference will appear in the annual as an appendix.
 
The proceedings will not be refereed, however, we reserve the right to withhold your paper.
