Registration
The cost of registration is $70 before June 15th and $90 after that until registration closes on July 1st. STUDENTS FROM UNIVERSITIES EAST OF MANITOBA WILL HAVE THEIR REGISTRATION FEE ($70) WAIVED (after June 15th they will pay $20).

Payment methods
Accepted forms of payment are: Cash, cheque and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Advanced payment is preferred. If you are paying by credit card please fax the card number, expiry date and your phone number to Casey Bell at 604.268.7065 and please bring the card to the conference.

Once you have registered, if you wish to give a talk, you may send your title and abstract (text or latex, French or English) to cumc@sfu.ca. You may also contribute something to the first “CUMC Annual”, see the link for regulations and details. Also, please consider making a bid to host next year’s conference.
Once your information is processed we will send confirmation via email.
Accommodation
Accommodation is reserved in the SFU residences and will cost $46.40 per person per night for a dormitory or $55.68 for a room in a townhouse (4 rooms total to be shared by you and your friends or other conference goers). An attempt will be made on our part to subsidize pending a surplus in funding so keep your receipts.
To reserve your accommodations please fill out --> THIS FORM <--. They will hold rooms for us for the days of the conference (check in Wednesday, check out Sunday) up until June 15. If you wish to stay longer please make those arrangements with SFU accommodations directly.
