![]() Speak to us: cumc at cumc.math.ca The 15th annual Canadian Undergraduate Mathematics Conference will take place at the University of Toronto, July 9-12 2008. This conference is a unique opportunity for undergraduate students to enounter new areas of mathematics, meet fellow students from across the country, hear talks by students and keynote lecturers and even present a topic of their own interest or research. Partipants will also have a chance to explore U of T and the city of Toronto. We encourage participation from students interested in any area of math, from pure to applied, to computer science, statistics, bioinformatics, math and physics, or any other mathematics related field. We also encourage (but don't require) all students to give a short talk. Please explore this website and see the FAQ page for more information, download our POSTER, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have further questions. Hope to see you here in July - and don't forget to register early Announcements
Some talk slides are now available in the conference proceedings. Please, send your slides to us, so that more people can benefit from them!
Dear CUMC participants: The CUMC is fast approaching, and we're really excited to have you attending. Regisrtation will be on Wednesday July 9th from 1 to 4:30 pm, in the 1st floor atrium of the Bahen Centre (40 St. George Street) At registration, you'll get your conference materials and keys to your residence room, if you've reserved a spot in residence. It's a really quick walk up the street from here to the residence.
Looking forward to seeing you soon,
For those who still want to register It will be highly unlikely for you to get accommodation at university (but try contacting taya.santare [at] utoronto.ca), so you need to look for your own accommodations. People who will not be arriving for registration on wednesday between 13:00 and 16:30 need to let us know when exactly they will arrive, especially if they have requested residence rooms.
Preliminary event schedule is now up. Please, take a look.
